Standard orders are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by their destination country's customs authorities.

Due to the unique nature, rarity, and high value of natural gemstones, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or natural gemstone variations.

If you receive a damaged package, a defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and we will promptly investigate and assist you.

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom-made jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Natural gemstones are unique creations of nature. Slight variations in color, inclusions, and appearance under different lighting conditions are completely normal and are considered proof of the stone's natural origin—not a defect.

To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, clean it gently using warm water, a mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Avoid exposing your gemstones to harsh chemicals, extreme temperature changes, or ultrasonic cleaners unless explicitly recommended for your specific stone. When not in use, store your jewelry in its original luxury presentation box.
